Terms of Service

Terms for advertising and marketing engagements.

Effective date: September 18, 2026

These terms describe the general basis on which Global Management Bridge LLC provides advertising and marketing services. An engagement-specific proposal or written service agreement may add to or replace these terms for the work it covers. If there is a conflict, the engagement-specific written terms control for that engagement.

1. Services and scope

Services may include digital advertising, campaign management, social media promotion, lead generation, brand awareness, advertising strategy, creative coordination, audience targeting, performance monitoring, reporting, and marketing consultation. The applicable written engagement identifies the included services, deliverables, channels, communication, and estimated timeline.

2. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, access or materials reasonably needed for the engagement, and lawful claims, offers, creative, and landing-page content. The client should review and approve campaign materials before launch where approval is requested.

3. Platforms and campaign performance

Advertising may involve third-party platforms whose availability, review process, policies, algorithms, account status, and pricing are outside the company's control. A lead is a prospective customer, not a guaranteed purchaser. No particular number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, conversions, return on investment, ranking, or market share is guaranteed.

4. Fees, payment, and media costs

Service scope, pricing, deliverables, and billing schedules are provided in writing before work begins. Depending on the engagement, services may be provided on a project or ongoing basis. Global Management Bridge LLC's professional service fees cover the services described in the applicable engagement. Where third-party advertising or media costs apply, their treatment and payment responsibility are disclosed in the engagement terms. Recurring charges occur only when expressly agreed in writing.

5. Materials and intellectual property

Each party retains rights it already owns. The engagement terms should identify any client license, use of client-supplied material, or rights in new deliverables. The client represents that it has the rights needed for material it provides for campaign use.

6. Suspension and termination

Services may be paused or ended when required by the written engagement, non-payment, missing approvals or materials, platform restrictions, unlawful content, or another material issue. Cancellation and refund treatment are described in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, subject to engagement-specific written terms.

7. Completed work and third-party costs

Fees for work completed, approved deliverables, reserved work, or committed third-party costs may remain payable as described in the applicable engagement. Any refund review considers the work performed, prepaid services, duplicate or erroneous charges, and third-party costs.

8. Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not responsible for indirect losses or platform actions outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. The company may update these general terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
