Project and ongoing arrangements

Depending on the engagement, services may be provided on a project or ongoing basis. The written engagement identifies the service fee, payment amount, due dates, and the work or period covered.

Recurring charges

Recurring charges occur only when the client expressly agrees to an ongoing or recurring arrangement in writing. No undisclosed recurring billing is imposed. The engagement should state the billing frequency, how cancellation works, and the treatment of work performed through the effective end date.

Advertising and media expenses

Global Management Bridge LLC's professional service fees cover the advertising and marketing services described in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Where third-party advertising or media costs apply, their treatment and payment responsibility are disclosed in the applicable engagement terms. Clients should review whether a platform charge is included, paid directly, or handled through the engagement.
